Strategic Partners has been monitoring the developments surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Our top priority has been, and will always be our employees, partners, and our merchants. As such we have implemented several measures in order to ensure the health and safety of everyone working with us.
Remote Support & Service
In response to COVID-19, Strategic Partners has elected to temporarily reduce our face to face operations in order to mitigate the spread of the virus. Appointments and customer support will be handled remotely for the time being.
We know that your business is your passion, and we are taking every measure to provide the support and the services that you need. Should you require any support, be assured that we will be answering remotely.
What can you do?
With the increase in COVID-19 cases in North America, many merchants are choosing to accept more contactless & card-not-present payments as a precaution. If you need any help setting up a virtual terminal, e-commerce site, gateway, or shopping cart, Strategic Partners is here to help. Encouraging customers to pay with “tap” transactions, and semi-regular cleaning of your payments terminal is also recommended in order to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
While cleaning your terminal, please be sure to follow these steps:
- Disconnect / Turn off the terminal
- Clean using microfiber cloth
- After cleaning, devices may be disinfected using alcohol-based wipe or disinfectant
- Use alcohol-based wipe/ disinfectant to wipe down the terminal
